The 4th Food Science and Technology Undergraduate Colloquium (FOSTUC) 2026 will be held virtually on 25–26 February 2026, from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., via the Webex online platform.
Organised collaboratively by leading public universities in Malaysia, this colloquium serves as a national platform for undergraduate students to present research findings, exchange scientific ideas, and engage in scholarly discussions within the field of Food Science and Technology.
The theme for FOSTUC 2026,
“Advancing Food Security through Translational Science,”
highlights the role of applied research and innovation in addressing food security challenges and strengthening sustainable food systems.

This colloquium provides a valuable opportunity for undergraduate students to enhance research communication skills, foster academic collaboration, and contribute to the advancement of food science education and innovation.
